Celebrate American music and culture with us at a very special Independence Day Concert on Thursday, July 10, 2025, beginning at 5:30 PM at the Sebalduskirche (Winklerstraße 26, 90403 Nürnberg).
Held in one of Nürnberg’s most iconic churches, the evening promises a rich and inspiring program of American music performed by American Music Abroad (AMA)—a premier ensemble of outstanding student musicians from high schools and universities across the United States and Canada. AMA has been bringing the spirit of American music to European audiences since 1975, and we’re delighted to welcome them to Nürnberg this summer.
The event will also feature a keynote address by U.S. Consul General James Miller and a welcome greeting from Nürnberg’s Lord Mayor Marcus König, making it a meaningful gathering of music, diplomacy, and cultural exchange.
Admission is free, but seating is limited and registration is required. Please be sure to register by Friday, July 4 at 5:00 PM to reserve your place.
